Kevin, leads the 100+ team Texas Glory Fast-Pitch Organization which he founded in May 2000. He coaches one of the Texas Glory 18u squads. He is currently the TFL Commission and USA Junior Olympic Commissioner of DFW, was the General Manager for the NPF Dallas Charge for the 2015 & 2016 seasons. Kevin has been a member of the National Fast-pitch Coaches Association since 2004 and has a 2-star NFCA coaching certification and served three terms on the NFCA Board of Directors as well as many committees. Kevin earned NFCA National Travel Ball Coaching Staff of the Year in 2014 and Regional Coaching Staff of the Year in 2017. He has been teaching private instruction for 23+ years in addition to mentoring his young coach, two of which have earned NFCA National and Regional Coaching Staff of the Year Honors. Kevin has been coaching fast-pitch since 1997 and has worked with over 850+ college players including: 3 US National Team Players, 2 US Jr. National Team Members, 1 British National Team Player, 1 Mexican National Team Player, 1 Portuguese Jr. National Team Player, 11 Collegiate All-Americans, 5 Collegiate Conference Players of the Year, 5 Gatorade Players of the Year, 3 HS Heisman Award Winners and 42 HS All-Americans. Kevin is a NFCA Endorsed Hitting and Pitching Coach.
U.S. Navy Nuclear Submarine Officer for 8+ years, Marketing at Proctor & Gamble for 2 years, Frito-Lay/Pepsico for 10 years in Marketing, Sales, and Purchasing. 10 years as VP of Biz development for a small entrepreneurial firm.
Graduated with a BS in Nuclear Engineering from Texas A&M and an MA in Computer Information and Resource Management.
Married for 33+ years. 6 Children, 9 grandkids. Played football and ran track in HS. I’m a nerd.
